As a prospective tenant, we can help you through the process of finding and applying for the home of your dreams. First, click on the properties tab to see our available inventory. Next, register to view your desired home(s) in person. After the viewing, apply online! Once you are a resident, we have a suite of tools to make your rental experience the best it can be.

PLEASE READ! Thank you for your interest in Rent Holy City! The Civil Rights Act of 1968 (Fair Housing Act) prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin. Be prepared to pay the $49 non-refundable application fee online and submit all required items at the same time. Each applicant has personally viewed the property in person and/or accepts the home in as-is condition.

If any information is found to be false or misleading in any way, the application will not be approved. *Online application & non-refundable application fee for each applicant *Copy of driver’s license/gov’t issued ID for each applicant *2 months Proof of Income OR the previous years 1040/1099 for each applicant *Photo of pet (if accepted on the property, not all properties are pet friendly) *Landlord verification or mortgage statement *600+ required credit score (some properties have higher minimums, please ask before applying) *3X household gross income of the rental rate *Criminal records must contain no convictions for felonies for crimes within the past 7 years involving violence against persons, damage or destruction of property, manufacture or distribution of controlled substances and no sexual offenses ever.

Your application will be processed after all required items are submitted for each applicant. If approved, the applicant(s) has 48 hours from notification to pay the security deposit and sign the lease. If the security deposit is not paid/lease is not signed within 48 hours, the property will be offered to the next qualifying applicant. The applicant should expect the lease start date to be no more than 15 days after approval. The leasing fee of $199 is due prior to move-in. If pets are accepted, there may be pet rent and/or a non-refundable pet fee. Payments are made online using the tenant portal, we do not accept cash or personal checks. You can access your account at www.RentHolyCity.com. There is a convenience fee of $12 per month. There is an additional fee per transaction if paying by credit card. Payments will first apply to the fee, then to the rent payment. *recommended payment method is ACH to avoid check processing or credit card fees. Our utility and maintenance reduction program is $15/month in addition to monthly rent. Be prepared to pay accordingly.


We are equipped to monitor our online work orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year! This service allows us to be even more effective in handling your repairs in a timely manner.

You will enter work orders using the online portal. Once our system notifies us, someone on our team will contact you to troubleshoot before sending dispatch. All work orders and status updates will take place on the communication tab of the work order. We will follow up with you every step of the way until the repair is completed.
